BAPTISM OF AN INFANT OR YOUNG CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 6
God has blessed you and our Parish Community with a beautiful gift----your child. At Baptism we will celebrate our faith together and your child's initiation into the faith.

Active, registered parishioners who wish to have their child Baptized at St. Viator are required to participate in our TWO-SESSION BAPTISMAL PROGRAM. Expectant parents are also welcome to attend this program. Baptismal Preparation Classes for parents are held once a month in the Parish Center.  Call the Parish office  for upcoming Preparation Dates.  If you are coming from another parish or to attend classes for out of state preparation please contact Jamie Reyburn at the parish office at 702.733.8323. ext. 303

Photography is permitted; we ask the families to assign the camera to someone who is not directly involved in the ceremony (not the parent's or Godparent's.)
The Baptismal Certificate will be mailed to the parent's after the ceremony. Please store this document in a safe place, as it will be required when your child continues with other Sacraments.
